Finding love and/or sexual intimacy is a central part of all of our life experience. However, being able to engage in desired intimacy without stigma is not a liberty for all. One of my missions is to address the needs of people who practice consensual non-monogamy, including their intersecting marginalized identities.
Consensual Non-Monogamy is an umbrella phrase for diverse and inclusive expressions of intimate relationships. These include but are not limited to: people who practice polyamory, open relationships, swinging, relationship anarchy and other types of ethical, non-monogamous relationships.
Each relationship style comes with their unique challenges as well as opportunities. Some of these challenges can be new and unfamiliar territory, such as opening up a relationship or forming new relationships. Other challenges can be setting boundaries or navigating possible fears within the relationship. Another is learning to have open communication and working through jealousy which can block us from enjoying our relationships to the fullest.
If you’re looking to explore possibilities, open, close, or improve your relationship dynamics, I would be more than happy to speak with you about how we can work together.
