Meet Julia

Certified Sex Therapist and Board Certified Sexologist

I became a Certified Sex Therapist (CST) and Board Certified Sexologist (ABS) because I got really tired of watching people struggle in relationships they actually care about… with zero roadmap and a lot of unnecessary shame.

Especially if you’re LGBTQ+, kinky, non-monogamous, or living outside the “default settings”—because let’s be honest, most advice out there was not built with you in mind.

Also? No one teaches us how to do relationships.
We’re all just out here winging it with attachment wounds, cultural scripts, and the occasional “this feels fine” (it is not fine).

At the core, though—we all want the same things:
connection, honesty, and to feel like we’re not too much or not enough at the same time.

Therapy is where we slow that all down and actually make sense of it—without pathologizing who you are or how you love.

What people usually come in asking:

Why do I feel stuck… again?
Why do I keep ending up in the same dynamics (even in different relationships)?
How do I navigate non-monogamy without losing my mind (or my boundaries)?
Why does this kink bring up feelings I didn’t expect?
How do I communicate my needs without blowing everything up?
And honestly—how do I build a life and relationships that actually feel good?

How I help

✨ I create a space where you can say the real thing—yes, even the queer, kinky, complicated, “I’ve never said this out loud” thing

🧠 We figure out your patterns—without turning your identity into the problem

🪶 We unpack the past (shame, stigma, old dynamics) without getting stuck living in it

🔥 I help you reconnect with your voice, your needs, and your “I’m not shrinking myself for this anymore” energy

🗺️ And we build something real—a way forward that actually fits your relationships, your identity, and your values

The goal?

Less shame.
Less second-guessing yourself.
Way less “am I doing this wrong?”

More clarity.
More connection.
More relationships that feel aligned—not performative.

You don’t have to keep repeating the same relationship loops.
You don’t have to keep translating yourself to be understood.
And you definitely don’t have to squeeze your life into someone else’s version of “normal.”

If you want therapy that’s LGBTQ+ affirming, kink-aware, polyamory-competent, and actually gets it—you’re in the right place.

Build the connection and life you actually want 🔥

Without shrinking, hiding, or over-explaining who you are

📞 Reach out when you’re ready — I’ve got you
