Sex can be an uncomfortable topic to discuss, while pleasure may also be a foreign concept. You are unsure what is next on the horizon since you may have already tried many alternatives to resolve this issue and feel hopeless. 

Distress is a part of this process, whether it relates to personal pleasure, dating, or your relationship, and you are tired of this interference. Hoping someone will understand you. And last but not least, shame may come to play a role within the cycle, adding to your stress and frustration.
