More truth. Less shame. Better relationships.
More truth. Less shame. Better relationships.
Serious therapy. Soft landing. No need to explain who you are.
Therapy where:
💬 “No, you are not too much.”
💬 “And yes, we can talk about that text.”
How I work:
Affirming
Gentle
Honest
Relational
🌈 You get to be your whole self
Queer, kinky, polyamorous, questioning—or none of the above.
Monogamous, partnered, single, healing, or figuring it out as you go.
Tender, messy, brilliant, overwhelmed, curious, shut down, hopeful.
Whether your life looks “outside the box,” very much inside it, or somewhere in between, there is room for all of you here.
No parts of you need to be edited down, explained away, or made more palatable to belong.
🫶 Depth without judgment
We can talk about attachment wounds, conflict, shame spirals, desire, boundaries, and why texting back can feel like a full-contact sport.
We can also talk about sex—honestly, without awkwardness or shame.
Low desire, performance anxiety, pain during sex, difficulty with arousal or orgasm, mismatched libidos, or feeling disconnected from your body or pleasure.
Nothing is “too much,” too taboo, or too complicated.
✨ Care that actually fits
Therapy that respects your relationships, your identity, your body, and your erotic life—instead of trying to squeeze you into someone else’s rulebook.
Sex therapy here is talk-based, collaborative, and grounded in real-life application. That might mean:
• Understanding what is happening in your body and nervous system
• Unpacking shame, pressure, or past experiences impacting intimacy
• Exploring desire, pleasure, and what actually works for you
• Learning tools and exercises you can try outside of session—at your own pace
No scripts. No pressure. Just support that meets you where you are.
🖤 Who this is for
For people building lives and relationships—inside, outside, or somewhere in between the default settings.
Maybe you are navigating non-monogamy.
Maybe you are in a long-term monogamous relationship that feels stuck, tender, or in transition.
Maybe you are single and trying to understand your patterns.
Maybe you are unpacking shame around sex, kink, or desire.
Maybe you are queer and tired of being “explained” to.
Maybe you are straight and realizing no one ever actually taught you how to do relationships or intimacy.
Maybe your relationship is loving, but communication currently looks like three tabs open and one nervous system on fire.
Maybe sex feels confusing, stressful, painful, disconnected—or just not like it used to.
Maybe you want more desire, more ease, or simply to feel at home in your body again.
Maybe nothing is “wrong,” but you want something deeper, more honest, or more aligned.
You do not need a perfectly defined problem.
You do not need to show up polished.
You just need a place where you can be real.

Fun, yes. Also deeply competent.

Therapy here is warm, collaborative, and rooted in respect.
